City of Statesville Systems Down Due to Global Crowdstrike Outage

Due to a global IT outage, the City of Statesville's Utility Payment Portal and Customer Account Access system are currently down. Additionally, online payments for Utilities, the Statesville Recreation & Parks Department, and the Statesville Civic Center are unavailable.

The City's Customer Service Office will remain closed until these issues are resolved.

Customers who wish to pay utility bills can drop CHECKS ONLY in the dropbox outside the Customer Service office at 301 S. Center Street.
