You must be in strict compliance with the specifications and offer the same or equal if so quoted. Any additional terms and conditions regarding specifications by the offeror shall have no force or effect.

In compliance with this Request for Proposal, and subject to all the conditions herein, the undersigned offers and agrees to furnish and deliver any or all items at the price quoted. Failure to execute/sign quote prior to submittal shall render quote invalid. Late quotes are not acceptable.
