Owner of 220 Café. Kelli served on the DSDC Board of Directors from 2014 - 2020 and started serving again in 2022.
"A wife to John David and a mother to my 2 beautiful daughters. They are by far what I am most proud of. 220 Cafe is a close second. We are a Contemporary American Food Restaurant located in the historic district of Downtown Statesville. I fell in love with the community and downtown from the moment we opened our doors. For almost 13 years we have tried to create an atmosphere that is eclectic and artsy, displaying local artists on our walls and of course following it up with great food and amazing service. Our staff is our pride and joy! Chef John has been an absolute genius in our kitchen providing unique dishes and consistency in the quality of our food. He is a true artist. We love our patrons, their loyalty and friendships. Building relationships is what I take the most pride in and hope to continue to do so for many years to come." Kelli
Downtown Statesville Development Corporation (DSDC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization charged with administering the Main Street program for Statesville and whose mission is to champion, promote and lead Downtown Statesville as the economic, social and cultural engine in the region. This is achieved in collaboration with public-private partners working together to enhance the appearance, desirability, and vitality of downtown.
